Congressman Meuser says Democrats not negotiating the mid-shutdown

Pennsylvania Congressman Dan Meuser says on day 26 of a partial government shutdown the two weeks after the start of the 116th Congress Democrats refuse to come to the table to negotiate a compromise, secure the borders and and the shutdown, Meuser hears from hundreds of constituents each day to put partisanship aside to get things done, reopen government and protect vulnerable parts of the border and into a humanitarian and national security crisis as the people expect, but instead Democrat leaders treated like a game, taking natural disaster relief and poisoning it with partisanship.
