During our RV trip to Iowa, we spent time at my wifes parents home. Our daughters wanted to sleep in the RV and experience true camping. My wife and I opted for a real bed inside the house. One evening as I was walking the girls out to the RV, we noticed a blanket of fog drifting over the small pond behind the house. It was quite a surreal scene and I decided this needed to be captured. I ran into the house to grab my gear and set up to shoot. My assistant Hannah decided to join me. As I was shooting, Hannah wandered into one of the shots and then the fun began. The combination of the fog, pond, full moon and Hannah silhouette created an unusual capture.
