"Painted bas-relief (or raised relief) depicting a festival procession of soldiers. The relief is from the Chapel of Hathor, part of the mortuary temple of the 15th century BC Queen Hatshepsut (also Maatkare), the only woman to rule Egypt as pharaoh. The figure of the cow represents the goddess Hathor, goddess of love music and dance. Hatshepsutaas mortuary temple is located in the the Deir el-Bahri area of the Theban necropolis near Luxor."
