OFCOM Considers The Multi-billion Pound Takeover Of SKY By 21st Century Fox

The independent communications regulator Ofcom is currently examing a bid worth £11.7bn for the UK television broadcaster from Rupert Murdoch's 21st Century Fox organisation.
