Baghdad, IraqMarines Col. Joe Jenkins, of Riverside, Ca., holds two of the locks used to lock the gates on kennels that were then sealed over with cinder blocks and concrete after having been loaded with a total of one hundred and twelve million dollars. The locks were put on March 20th, 2003, the day the U.S. ground war started in Iraq. The tape over the locks was signed by a general from the Republican Guard.
