SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, NOVEMBER 3: Alex Croak takes time out from training to pose for a portrait November 3, 2006 in Sydney, Australia. Alex is the first female in Australia to compete at consecutive Commonwealth Games for different sports - gymnastics and diving. Alex trained in gymnastics at the Australian Institute of Sport from 1994 to 2002, she was an Olympic team member in 2000 and a gold and silver medalist at the Commonwealth Games in 2002. Alex retired from gymnastics in 2002 to explore diving going on to win a silver medal in the 10m synchro with partner Melissa Wu at the Commonwealth Games in 2006, and also in the same event at the Italy Grand Prix this year.
