French President Emmanuel Macron tells members of Congress and guests in a joint meeting that there were two possible ways ahead, to choose between isolationism, withdrawal and nationalism tempted by the temporary remedy to fears but not to douse in flame the fears of citizens but to overcome dangerous at a critical moment though he was convinced that international institutions like the United Nations and NATO might no longer be able to stabilize influence, then inevitably and severely undermining the post-World War II liberal order.
