Chef rubbing salt into a piece of pork prior to it being roasted. This is a very traditional Danish dish. The skin of the pork is cut then salt is rubbed into it, then dried bay leaves and cloves are inserted into the cuts to give the cooked meat a distinctive taste and smell. The meat is roasted in the oven until the skin goes crispy and turns a golden brown colour. Colour, vertical with some copy space, shot on location in a restaurant on the island of Moen in Denmark.
