Traditional roast pork or in danish “Flæskesteg”. The skin of the pork is cut then salt is rubbed into it, then dried bay leaves and cloves are inserted into the cuts to give the cooked meat a distinctive taste and smell.Served with red cabbage and caramelised potatoes Colour, vertical, side view with some copy space, shot on location in a restaurant on the island of Moen in Denmark.
