(Original Caption) Vern Law, (C) of the Pittsburgh Pirates, National League starting pitcher in the second All Star game is shown here on July 13th. He is surrounded by the four NL home run hitters who carried the League to a 6-0 rout of the American League and a sweep of 1960's two All Star Games. Left to right are: Stan Musial of the St. Louis Cardinals; Willie Mays of the San Francisco Giants; Law; Ed Mathews of the Milwaukee Braves, and Ken Boyer of the St. Louis Cardinals. The four homers equaled the four home run record set by the National League in 1951 and the American in 1954.
