Tiny Origami Artist

YOKOHAMA, JAPAN - JULY 17: Toma Takeda draws a figure on July 17, 2013 in Yokohama, Japan. Self-taught origami artist, Toma Takeda was diagnosed with Moyamoya disease and had surgery at the age of 8. During his 2 months recovery in the hospital he started to learn the art of origami to pass time and mastered the skill after many years of practice. Unless he finds it necessary, most of his origami works are created without using glue or scissors and can be folded with one piece of paper. Toma, now 16, continues origami as his main hobby and spends time at a local private art workshop owned by a fine artist to learn drawing with hopes to work in the arts or related fields in the future.
