(Original Caption) The two-man bobsled team of Bud Washbond, of Keene Valley, New York, and Patrick Biosadecki zoom down the fast Olympic bob tracks during the trial runs this morning. The U.S. team who clocked an aggregate time of two minutes, 46 seconds 53/100 in two elimination heats, is one of the greatest menaces to the supremacy of the Italians in the two-man bob category.
