Caretta caretta hatchlings leave their nests in Antalya

ANTALYA, TURKIYE - AUGUST 27: Loggerhead turtles (Caretta caretta), which are under threat of extinction, swim in the Mediterranean after hatching from their eggs under the sand on Kizilot coast in Antalya, Turkiye on August 27, 2024. Within the scope of the Ecological Research Association (EKAD) Kizilot Region Project, biologists have been working on the 26-kilometer Kizilot coast for 4 years with many academicians and volunteers, including nature lovers from 15 countries.
