The Brown Bomber Takes a Hard Right

Joe Louis is pictured taking a hard right to the side of the head from Omelio Agramonte in one of the early rounds of their ten-round bout in Detroit, last night. Joe did some hard training for this fight and lost lots of excess weight which enabled him to stay with the Cuban fighter, who is considered fast, for the entire fight. Louis took the decision, but it was easily seen that Joe certainly was not the Brown Bomber of a few years ago.
