Newsmen Surrounding James McCord and Attorney
(Original Caption) Washington: Convicted Watergate conspirator James W. McCord Jr Jr. stands tight-lipped as his attorney Bernard Fensterwald (right) talks with newsmen following McCord's appearance before a closed session of a special Senate investigating panel. McCord refused to answer any of the questions from reporters, but Sen. Howard Baker (R-Tenn.), vice chairman of the panel, later told a Washington Press Club audience that McCord had "named names" of additional persons in connection with the espionage and sabotage campaign against the National Democratic Party last year.
