Wildflowers and Native American Newspaper Rock petroglyphs Utah

Just outside Canyonlands National Park in Utah, the massive wall of Native American petroglyphs panel known as Newspaper Rock State Historic Monument stand behind beautiful summertime wildflowers. The petroglyphs are from the Archaic, Basketmaker, Fremont, and Pueblo cultures who farmed the Puerco River Valley 650 to 2,000 years ago.
