TORONTO, ON - JULY 2 - Alan Fenton stands at the intersection of Gihon Spring Drive and Shockley Drive/Franca Crescent in Etobicoke ,soon to be a four way stop .He has been arguing that Toronto has too many unwarranted, and environmentally harmful, stop signs for more than 20 years.
